To our valued customers and partners:

Our hearts and thoughts go out to the people who have been affected by the COVID-19.  Please know that we are vigilantly monitoring the situation and have precautions in place to minimize exposure to the virus for both our employees and the employees of our clients.

Should your business need assistance with enabling your employees and partners to work and collaborate remotely, please do not hesitate to contact your account management team for guidance.

There is a reason you put your trust in Nexigen for your technology needs.  We believe it is a combination of exceptional people and exceptional customer service. As a proactive measure, we are currently activating our Business Continuity Plan to do our part to help minimize transmission of this dangerous pathogen and still provide the highest level of continued services to our clients.

What this means:

We have activated our distributed systems which allow our team members to work from home.  These are the same systems that have been activated during times of inclement weather with no disruption in service.  Technicians will be dispatched, as appropriate, from their homes to our client’s sites as needed.  Currently, we do not anticipate any unusual delays in our response to your service requests or other remote technical work.  In fact, our continuity plan will allow us to continue to staff and monitor your environments 24×7 with the same capabilities and response you have come to expect.

As of now we have had no delays in the arrival of hardware and parts or other logistical issues.  If this changes we will keep you apprised.  Due to the nature of the COVID-19 virus we will be quarantining all packages that arrive to our office for a minimum of 24 hours to ensure the virus is not spread via new equipment.  We do appreciate your understanding should this policy introduce a minor delay in the delivery of service involving quarantined equipment.

We continue to monitor the situation and as needs change; we will change accordingly.  As you are aware, government mandates can result in significant changes to Nexigen’s response posture with little or no notice.   We will keep you apprised of any changes as soon possible.

It is our goal to continue to provide the highest level of service possible, while minimizing negative impact to our employees, customers and partners.

It is our goal to discuss with each of our clients how we can best service them during this exceptional time.
