Our Culture. Nexigen believes that providing a culture that is relaxed, fun and innovative is the number one reason why people want to work here. Our goal is to have an enriched environment that our engineers, architects, technicians can thrive in. A company’s culture impacts the satisfaction of everyone, so we spend a lot of time and resources in making it and keeping it right!
We believe that offering standard benefits is important, so we have those, but we don’t stop there, most of our benefits go above the standard.
Health. Your physical, mental, and emotional health is important to us. So Nexigen picks up 75% of your health, dental and vision cost, we even pay half of your dependents cost as well! We encourage you to take your full PTO benefit of 15 days per year, but you don’t lose it if you don’t use it, it’s yours to keep. We also have an on-site gym that is open to you at no charge. If you need to check-out and take a mental break we have a ping pong table, quiet areas, TV room, and at any given time you can find someone who will play you in chess.
Future. The future of our company depends on you, so we invest in you! We have a great 401k with up to 3% match program. We also have long term disability and life insurance paid for by us! We offer multiple paid trainings opportunities, we try to have them onsite at Nexigen, but there are times when you might have to travel, but no worries we will cover that too!

Making things easier on you. When you don’t have to worry about unnecessary stress, you can focus more on work. We offer little things to help with this, free parking, free Nexigen logo wear, free drinks, massages once per month, free breakfast on Mondays, and free lunches once per month.
Management. Our management is engaged, but doesn’t micromanage. We have flexible work schedules, we give you the project with a reasonable deadline so you can work at your own pace.
We keep it diverse, you will have a variety of projects and problem solving tasks that change day to day. We believe that people do their best work when given the tools to do so, so we don’t keep you bogged down with corporate red tape. We are professional without being uptight.
Teamwork. Our leaders are here every day, working on project and problem solving right along with you. Nexigen was founded by two engineers, so they understand the technology and problems you will be facing every day. They also learn with you as well. Nexigen functions as one large team. From the service desk, to the senior engineers to the architects to the owners, we all work together, learn from each other, and coach each other.
