Nexigen Compliance and Disclosures

Nexigen Communications LLC does not transfer data provided by Customers to external parties (contractors, vendors or service providers) unless those external parties provide the data the equivalent level of protection that Nexigen Communications LLC provides. To ensure the external parties provide the appropriate level of protection, Nexigen Communications LLC conducts regular due diligence in accordance with internal policies and procedures.  

As a company operating strictly within the United States, Nexigen Communications LLC will only use Delivery Centers located inside the continental United States OR Customer Countries Operated. 

The following providers have continuous access to Nexigen Communications LLC environments: Nexigen Communications LLC monitors this access through their vendor due diligence process. Vendors receiving temporary access will be tracked and disclosed to Nexigen Communications LLC’s Customers through a standardized ticket. 

Nexigen utilizes external service providers in its delivery of our products and services. These providers will only have the minimal level of access needed to deliver their product or service and are bound by contractual agreements to protect your data.

In addition, Nexigen audits each service provider to ensure they follow a standard consistent with the data they have access to.
