The Mandate

The Chief Technology Officer will own Nexigen’s technical direction, delivery discipline, and long-term platform integrity. 

Automation and cybersecurity are treated as foundational infrastructure, inseparable from reliability, scale, and trust. The CTO ensures that architecture, process, and people mature together and that systems are designed to evolve deliberately, not reactively.

What You’ll Own

  • Define and execute Nexigen’s technical strategy across infrastructure, cloud, security, and automation with a focus on repeatability, resilience, and controlled evolution.

  • Establish automation as a first-order design principle governing identity, monitoring, security response, remediation, backup, and change management. 

  • Lead architecture and implementation teams to ensure work is properly scoped, documented, executed, and handed off with consistency and accountability.

  • Serve as a senior technical advisor in key client relationships, guiding roadmaps, risk prioritization, and investment decisions at the executive and board level.

  • Develop technical leaders, create clear role expectations, mentor senior staff, and ensure Nexigen’s technical bench scales with the business.

  • Maintain architectural coherence across partners and platforms while rationalizing tooling to reduce operational drag.
